About the role

Serves as the senior point of contact for client stakeholders and leads monthly/quarterly performance reviews. Builds and maintains long-term, trust-based relationships with new and existing clients.

Key responsibilities

  • Serves as the senior point of contact for client stakeholders and leads monthly/quarterly performance reviews

  • Identifies procurement efficiencies and buying cycle opportunities to maximize client ROI and satisfaction

  • Develops integrated marketing strategies tailored to client objectives across all channels

  • Creates and executes business plans to achieve division budget targets

  • Partners with the General Manager to secure growth opportunities, negotiate commercial terms, and expand accounts

  • Leads pitches, proposals, and lead-generation efforts for new business development

  • Mentors and manages the IMC team

  • Collaborates with creative, media, and production vendors to ensure quality, on-time project execution

  • Oversees P&L management, including budgeting, revenue forecasting, billing, and account profitability

  • Establishes KPIs, monitors campaign performance, and delivers data-driven insights for ongoing optimization
