Account Manager (Remote | Full-Time | Philippines-Based)

Marketing Done Right (MDR) is growing — and we're looking for a people-first, organized, and marketing-savvy Account Manager to join our team.

This isn't a "pass the message along" kind of role. We need someone who genuinely cares about client success, can confidently navigate conversations about SEO and Google Ads strategy, and knows how to keep multiple accounts running smoothly without anything slipping through the cracks. If clients consistently feel like they're in great hands with you — this role was built for you.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Serving as the primary point of contact for assigned client accounts via email and video calls
  • Leading monthly or bi-monthly client update calls with clear, transparent performance insights
  • Guiding new clients through a smooth onboarding experience during their first 30–60 days
  • Translating client goals, emails, and meeting notes into clear internal tasks and briefs in Asana
  • Coordinating between clients and internal SEO, PPC, content, design, and development teams
  • Creating content plans for each client based on their specific needs and campaign direction
  • Explaining SEO and Google Ads strategies to clients in plain, meaningful terms that connect to their business goals
  • Proactively managing expectations, addressing concerns early, and keeping client confidence high
  • Tracking communication, approvals, and project statuses across multiple active accounts
What We're Looking For
  • Working knowledge of SEO, Google Ads, content strategy, website updates, and reporting tools
  • Excellent written and verbal English communication — clear, professional, and client-friendly
  • Strong relationship-building instincts — warm, credible, and trustworthy from day one
  • Organized and detail-oriented — nothing falls through the cracks on your watch
  • Proactive mindset — you follow up without being asked and take real ownership
  • Genuine care for client outcomes — you treat clients' investments seriously
  • Experience in a client-facing or account management role is a plus, especially in a marketing agency
  • Comfortable with a US-aligned schedule: 4PM–12AM PH Time
Why Join MDR?
  • Supportive Team Culture – Collaborative, international team where your work genuinely matters
  • 100% Remote – Work from home with a team that respects your work-life balance
  • Paid Leaves & PH Holidays – We value your time off
  • Performance-Based Growth – Long-term role with salary increases as you grow with us
  • Job Stability – We want a career hire, not a contractor
  • Results-Driven Autonomy – High-trust environment; we give you the space to lead
  • Comprehensive HMO – Healthcare coverage for you and your family
Role Details:
  • Full-Time
  • 100% Remote
  • Philippines-Based
  • Schedule: 4PM–12AM PH
  • Salary: $1,000 USD/month
