Accounting Intern (Student Intern)

We are looking for a motivated Accounting Interns to support our Finance and Accounting team in day-to-day operations. This opportunity is ideal for college students completing their required On-the-Job Training (OJT) who are eager to gain practical, hands-on experience in a professional setting.

JOB SUMMARY The Accounting Intern will be exposed to key accounting processes, including basic financial reporting, documentation, and administrative tasks. This role provides a valuable learning experience to develop technical accounting skills, attention to detail, and workplace professionalism.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in preparing and organizing accounting documents and financial records
  • Encode and update data in accounting systems and spreadsheets
  • Support accounts payable and accounts receivable processes
  • Help reconcile simple financial records and reports
  • File, scan, and maintain financial documents for audit and recordkeeping purposes
  • Provide general administrative support to the Accounting/Finance team
  • Perform other related tasks as assigned
Qualifications
  • Currently pursuing a degree in Accountancy, Accounting Technology, Managerial Accounting, or any Finance/Business-related courses
  • Basic knowledge of accounting principles
  • Knowledgeable in MS Excel and MS Word
  • Willingness to learn and take initiative
