Accounts Payable Analyst - ENG Part Time

We’re looking for a detail-oriented Accounts Payable Analyst to support our client’s day-to-day accounting operations. This role will primarily focus on processing vendor invoices, managing payments, reconciling accounts, monitoring outstanding payables, and ensuring invoices and payments are accurately recorded and processed on time.

The ideal candidate has a strong accounting background with significant hands-on Accounts Payable experience and is comfortable working with NetSuite, QuickBooks Online, and Excel in a fast-paced environment. 

This role is open to all candidates in the Philippines and all over Latin America.

What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Manage the end-to-end accounts payable process, including invoice review, coding, processing, and payment
  • Verify invoices against purchase orders and supporting documentation
  • Monitor outstanding payables, payment schedules, and vendor accounts
  • Reconcile A/P accounts and resolve invoice, payment, and account discrepancies
  • Manage the A/P inbox, respond to vendor inquiries, and follow up on outstanding invoices within 24 hours
  • Maintain accurate A/P records in NetSuite and QuickBooks Online
  • Prepare A/P reports and assist with month-end close and reconciliations
  • Use Excel for A/P analysis, reporting, and reconciliation
  • Support the client with additional tasks and responsibilities as needed, in alignment with the role and overall business objectives

Who We’re Looking For:

  • Proficiency in NetSuite, QuickBooks Online, and Microsoft Excel
  • Strong Excel skills, including Pivot Tables and VLOOKUPs
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Google Workspace
  • Comfortable using time trackers (e.g., Time Doctor)
  • Own laptop/desktop, noise-cancelling headphones, and webcam
  • Reliable internet connection of at least 50 Mbps
  • Available backup equipment in case of power and internet outages
