We're seeking a CPA with Accounts Payable focus to join our Australian-based finance team. This isn't just about processing payments - you'll be the key person managing supplier relationships and ensuring our AP operations run smoothly.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supplier Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with vendors
  • Reconciliation: Monthly supplier reconciliations and invoice tracking
  • Process Improvement: Identify and suggest improvements to AP workflows
  • Payment Support: Assist with payment runs and ensure compliance
  • Reporting: Prepare monthly supplier tracking and reconciliation reports

Who We're Looking For

Essential Experience:

CPA with 1-2 years of Accounts Payable experience involving large volume transactions in a multinational setting
  • Sage & Xero proficiency
  • Supplier reconciliation and invoice management skills
  • Strong communication for supplier relationship management
  • Detail-oriented with excellent organizational abilities
