Position: Accounts Processing Administrator | AU Real Estate Location: Central Luzon Work setup & shift: Hybrid | Day Shift

As an AU Accounts Processing Administrator , you are responsible for: Processing accounts/invoices payable transactions. (Trade invoices, Utilities (electricity, water etc), Insurance policies, Body Corporates Fees, Council Rates etc) Entering invoices, information into the property management/accounting system. Processing tenant outgoings, recoveries and adjustments as directed. Maintaining accurate electronic records and filing. Responding to internal account enquiries. Supporting the administration team with general administrative duties as required. Ensuring all work complies with company procedures and relevant trust accounting requirements. A sound understanding of GST inclusive/GST exclusive when processing.
