About the role

We're hiring a highly organised, technically minded Admin Assistant to support the CEO of Kandidly. This role requires someone who is detail-oriented, self-sufficient and confident communicating in excellent English. UK experience (living in the UK or working with UK clients) is highly desirable.

You'll manage calendars, support recruitment, post content on LinkedIn, assist with social advertising tasks, and handle a range of day-to-day admin responsibilities. You'll also need to be comfortable learning new tools quickly, working with AI tools, and taking initiative without being micromanaged.

Key responsibilities

  • Full diary and inbox management for the CEO
  • Assist with recruitment: posting roles, screening applicants, coordinating interviews
  • Posting content on LinkedIn and other social platforms
  • Supporting with social ad setup and execution (full training provided, but involvement may be significant at times)
  • Handling general admin tasks, follow-ups and internal communication
  • Troubleshooting basic IT issues (software access, login issues, permissions, file management)
  • Working with spreadsheets, databases and internal tools
  • Coordinating with candidates, partners and third parties
  • Using AI tools to draft messages, summarise information, support research and improve efficiency

Requirements

  • 4–5 years experience as an Admin Assistant, Executive Assistant or Operations Assistant
  • Excellent written and verbal English; experience with UK companies or UK culture is a strong plus
  • Highly organised, detail-driven and naturally proactive
  • Strong technical mindset – comfortable learning new digital tools, platforms and systems
  • Proficient with AI tools and able to use them independently for productivity
  • Strong computer skills: Microsoft Suite, Google Workspace, LinkedIn, spreadsheets, basic troubleshooting, etc.
  • Able to work independently, prioritise tasks and problem-solve without hand-holding
  • Reliable, punctual and consistent

Working hours:

You will work Monday to Friday.

UK hours (9:00am to 5:30pm UK time) .

This is typically 2:30pm to 11:00pm India time , shifting to 1:30pm to 10:00pm during the UK's summer clock change.
