- 3 to 5 years of experience in Australian RTO administration, compliance, or quality assurance
- Proficiency in Student Management Systems (SMS) and Learning Management Systems (LMS), preferably aXcelerate, Canvas, or similar platforms
- Knowledge of Training and Assessment Strategy (TAS) administration
- Knowledge of self-assurance processes and audit preparation activities
- Understanding of ASQA regulatory requirements
- Capability to manage compliance documentation and evidence repositories
- Knowledge of the Australian Vocational Education and Training (VET) sector and Registered Training Organisation (RTO) environment
- Experience maintaining compliance documentation, evidence registers, and quality assurance records
- Strong Microsoft Office skills, including Excel, Word, Outlook, Teams, SharePoint, and OneDrive
- Strong document management, version control, and record-keeping skills
- Experience maintaining compliance trackers, action registers, and reporting schedules
- Ability to coordinate audit evidence collection and stakeholder inputs
- High attention to detail and ability to work within structured compliance frameworks
- Ability to use AI tools, such as ChatGPT or Microsoft Copilot, to support productivity and documentation tasks
- Support compliance and self-assurance activities aligned with the Standards for RTOs and ASQA requirements
- Maintain compliance registers, risk registers, evidence repositories, and document control systems
- Coordinate the collection of compliance evidence and documentation from internal stakeholders
- Support audit readiness activities, including preparation for ASQA audits and regulatory requests
- Maintain policies, procedures, Training and Assessment Strategies (TAS), validation records, and industry engagement evidence
- Track corrective and preventative actions (CAPA) and continuous improvement activities
- Monitor trainer and assessor credentials and workforce compliance requirements
- Support third-party management, marketing compliance, and regulatory obligations
- Coordinate internal reviews, validation activities, and quality assurance processes
- Provide general administrative support, records management, and stakeholder coordination
