About the Role

Our client is seeking a highly detail-oriented Administrative Assistant with an accounting, bookkeeping, or strong spreadsheet background to support their finance operations.

The core focus of this role is payment processor bookkeeping and reconciliation, as well as reconciling closed deals for accurate commission calculations. These responsibilities need to be completed consistently on a weekly basis with a high level of accuracy.

Beyond finance-related responsibilities, this person will also support general administrative tasks and may assist with customer support as the needs of the business evolve.

This is an opportunity for someone who enjoys working with numbers, spreadsheets, and detailed records, and who can work independently while maintaining a reliable weekly workflow.

Location Requirement

📍 Location: Metro Manila, Philippines

Please note that this role is only open to candidates currently based in the Metro Manila area of the Philippines. This is a mandatory requirement, and candidates outside Metro Manila will not be considered.


What You'll Do

  • Perform payment processor bookkeeping and reconciliations on a consistent weekly basis.
  • Reconcile closed deals and records to support accurate commission calculations.
  • Review financial and operational records line by line to identify discrepancies and ensure accuracy.
  • Maintain organized spreadsheets and records.
  • Support general administrative and operational tasks as needed.
  • Assist with customer support tasks as the role and business needs evolve.
  • Work independently and ensure recurring tasks are completed accurately and on schedule.
  • Identify discrepancies or issues and flag them promptly.

      • Background in accounting or bookkeeping, or demonstrated advanced proficiency with spreadsheets.
      • Strong attention to detail and the ability to work accurately through line-by-line records.
      • Comfortable handling repetitive and detail-heavy tasks.
      • Able to maintain a consistent weekly cadence and manage responsibilities independently with minimal oversight.
      • Strong written and spoken English communication skills.
      • Highly organized, reliable, and proactive.
      • Adaptable and open to taking on a variety of administrative and operational tasks as the role develops.
