AI Engineer (F/M) – Asia Expatriation | Open to Final-Year Students & Recent Graduates

The Role in Brief

Reporting directly to the Director of Engineering, your responsibilities will include (but not be limited to):

  • Deliver AI-powered solutions driving both internal efficiencies and new customer value through data insights.
  • AI/ML Solution Implementation: Work closely with business leaders and data scientists to understand user needs and transition AI/ML prototypes into production-ready solutions.
  • Full-Scale Model Deployment: Design, develop, and deploy scalable machine learning models and algorithms to solve complex business problems.
  • Data Integration: Ensure efficient collection and integration of data from diverse sources for training and validation of AI models.
  • System Integration: Collaborate with tech teams to integrate AI/ML solutions seamlessly into existing systems and enhance data collection processes.
  • Performance Optimization: Continuously monitor and optimize model performance to ensure responsiveness and scalability.
  • Code Quality and Maintenance: Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code, ensuring best practices in software development.
  • Process Improvement: Leverage AI/ML to identify opportunities for process improvement and contribute to strategic projects aimed at enhancing business performance and competitiveness.
  • Change Management and Adoption: Ensure successful adoption of AI/ML solutions by managing organizational change, assisting with user training, and conducting follow-up post-implementation to support users and address any issues.
  • Champion an AI-first mindset by promoting the use of AI tools and technologies in day-to-day operations, encouraging experimentation and adoption of AI-driven solutions to improve efficiency, strengthen processes, and elevate service quality.

Qualifications

Do you have the skills and attitude we're looking for? We are seeking motivated candidates with:

  • Enrollment in or recent completion of a bachelor's degree (Engineering, IT/Technology, Quality, Operations Management, Supply Chain Management, or related disciplines).
  • Proficiency in English (spoken and written); Mandarin is a plus, but not required.
  • Genuine interest in consumer goods, supply chain, quality control, or operations — a plus.
  • Strong IT skills and comfort using digital tools/platforms.
  • Ability to thrive under pressure in a fast-paced work environment.
  • Proactive mindset, eagerness to learn, and readiness to take on new challenges.
  • A genuine enthusiasm for Artificial Intelligence and its practical applications in operations, quality control, or client management; experience leveraging AI tools to improve productivity and decision-making is a strong plus.
