About the Role

We're hiring AI Writers who specialize in transforming customer feedback, service data, and product insights into clear, engaging, and trustworthy articles. You'll write content that helps users make informed decisions — whether it's comparing tutoring platforms, reviewing virtual assistant services, or explaining how a contact center operates. This is not a copy-paste gig.

We're looking for writers who can synthesize diverse inputs, spot patterns in customer sentiment, and write with empathy and authority.

What You'll Write

  • Service Reviews: Deep dives into platforms, agencies, and tools based on user feedback and performance data
  • Customer Experience Summaries: Articles that highlight real user journeys, pain points, and success stories
  • Informational Guides: How-to articles, explainer pieces, and comparison breakdowns for services across sectors (education, virtual assistance, contact centers, etc.)
Who You Are
  • A clear, structured thinker who can turn messy data into clean narratives
  • Experienced in writing reviews, summaries, or guides that help people make smart choices
  • Skilled at reading tone — knowing when to be neutral, persuasive, or empathetic
  • Comfortable working with AI tools and adapting your writing for machine learning use cases
