We are hiring Part–Time Airbnb Assistant

Overview: Client Business Overview: Manages a large portfolio of short-term rental properties. Coordinates with guests, property owners, and cleaners primarily through WhatsApp and Telegram. Client's Industry: Property Management / Short-term Rental Management (Airbnb) Client Schedule (time and time zone): EST

Goal: To onboard a part-time Airbnb assistant to support with guest communication, coordination, and backend tasks, helping manage workload and backlog during peak season. Key Tasks VA will do: • Handle guest inquiries and communication via Airbnb • Coordinate with property owners and cleaners via WhatsApp and Telegram • Assist with calendar updates and booking coordination • Support backend/admin tasks (e.g., invoicing, updates) • Follow existing workflows and documentation Software Tools and Websites Required: • Airbnb platform – experienced level required • WhatsApp – for group communications • Telegram – for group communications

Technical Requirements: • USB Headset with Noise Cancellation feature • Working Webcam • Main and backup computer: at least 1.8 GHz processor with at least 4GB RAM • Main Internet Service Speed: at least 25 Mbps wired connection • Backup Internet Service Speed: at least 10 Mbps
