Airbnb Associate - Philippines Remote

We are looking for a detail-oriented Virtual Assistant to manage guest communication and bookings for our short-term rental properties while ensuring a high-quality guest experience.

Key Responsibilities

Guest Communication

Interact with guests before, during, and after their stay via email, messaging platforms, and phone calls. Address inquiries, provide information, and resolve any issues promptly.

Booking Management

Handle bookings, cancellations, and modifications using our property management software. Ensure all reservations are accurately recorded and updated.

Property Coordination

Assist in coordinating check-ins and check-outs, ensuring that properties are ready for guests. Communicate with cleaning and maintenance teams as needed.

Reviews and Feedback

Monitor guest reviews and feedback on various platforms. Respond to reviews professionally, addressing any concerns and thanking guests for positive comments.

Reporting

Maintain accurate records of guest interactions, bookings, and issues. Provide regular reports to management on guest satisfaction and property performance.

Guest Experience Management

Maintain a high standard of guest experience by ensuring timely communication, prompt issue resolution, and professional interactions with guests.

Requirements

Language Proficiency

Excellent command of English (spoken and written) is mandatory. Additional languages are a plus.

Experience

2-3 years of prior experience in Airbnb, hospitality, or property management is required.

Technical Skills

Proficiency in using communication tools (e.g., email, chat applications) and property management software. Proficient with computers and property management software. Familiarity with platforms like Airbnb, VRBO, and Booking.com is a plus.

Organizational Skills

Strong organizational abilities with attention to detail. Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.

Problem-Solving Skills:

Proactive approach to resolving issues and providing solutions to enhance guest experience. Ability to handle difficult situations calmly and efficiently.

Availability

Must be available to work 8 hours a day, 5 days a week, with flexibility to accommodate guest needs during peak times.
