About the Role

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Amazon Account Specialist to join our team in a fully remote, dayshift role. This position is ideal for someone with a strong understanding of Amazon account strategy and performance, who can confidently manage multiple accounts while ensuring excellence in listing and catalog troubleshooting, deal and promotion execution, platform knowledge, process and SOP development, and documentation and reporting.

The ideal candidate will drive client success through strategic execution, attention to detail, and effective collaboration.

What You'll Do

  • Plan and execute promotional calendars, including Black Friday, Prime Day, and other major sales events.
  • Optimize product listings for visibility and conversion, ensuring high Item Data Quality (IDQ).
  • Maintain and update product catalogs while supporting inventory management and catalog optimization tasks.
  • Develop 12-month sales and inventory forecasts to support client growth strategies.
  • Build and maintain advanced Google Sheets templates and dashboards for client reporting.
  • Analyze key metrics such as revenue, units sold, CVR, ROAS, ASP, and CPA.
  • Perform budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis (Budget vs. Actuals).
  • Automate recurring tasks using Google Sheets scripts or advanced formulas (e.g., VLOOKUP, INDEX MATCH, SUMIFS, FILTER, Pivot Tables).
  • Deliver weekly, monthly, and quarterly reports with actionable insights to drive performance.

What You'll Bring

  • Advanced proficiency in Google Sheets/Excel for analysis and reporting.
  • Strong ability to interpret data and generate actionable insights.
  • Experience with budgeting, forecasting, financial modeling, and variance reporting.
  • Familiarity with Seller Central or Vendor Central is a plus (training provided).
  • Highly organized, proactive, and capable of managing deadlines independently.

Monthly Compensation Range:

  • Trainee (Level 1): $900 AUD/month (40 hours per week)
    Progression is based on performance and readiness to handle accounts independently
  • Level 2 (Full-Time): $1,000 – $1,200 AUD/month (40 hours per week)
    Depending on number of clients managed and performance (reviewed quarterly)
