With 12+ years of eCommerce experience, including 7 years at Amazon, our client specializes in Go-to-Market, channel strategy, international expansion, branding, marketing, and operations for purpose-driven consumer brands.<br><br><strong>About The Role<br><br></strong>We're looking for an experienced Amazon PPC Manager who can independently own advertising strategy across multiple Amazon brands while balancing profitability, growth, and long-term business objectives.<br><br>You'll manage approximately 5–8 client accounts, making daily decisions inside live advertising accounts with minimal oversight. Success in this role comes from your ability to think beyond PPC metrics, identify root causes, challenge assumptions, and confidently recommend strategies that improve overall business performance.<br><br>You'll collaborate closely with brand strategists, creatives, and operations teams, but you'll be expected to take ownership of your accounts, proactively identify opportunities, and make sound decisions backed by data.<br><br><strong>Responsibilities<br><br></strong><ul><li>Develop account-level PPC strategies based on established sales, TACOS, profitability, ranking, and product-launch goals.</li><li>Build, manage, and optimize Sponsored Products, Sponsored Brands, Sponsored Brands Video, and Sponsored Display campaigns.</li><li>Determine the appropriate targeting, bidding, placement, budget allocation, and testing approach for assigned accounts in line with established campaign structures and team processes, while sharing practical feedback and improvement opportunities with advertising leadership.</li><li>Conduct keyword research, product-targeting research, search-term harvesting, negative targeting, and regular account audits.</li><li>Monitor sales, spend, TACOS, ACOS, ROAS, CPC, conversion rate, and other relevant performance metrics.</li><li>Investigate performance changes by evaluating advertising alongside inventory, pricing, promotions, listings, organic ranking, and competitor activity.</li><li>Design structured tests with clear objectives, variables, evaluation periods, and success criteria.</li><li>Prepare clear performance updates explaining results, insights, actions taken, and recommended next steps.</li><li>Identify risks, conflicting goals, or missing information and raise them early with a recommended course of action.</li><li>Collaborate with stakeholders on account priorities, opportunities, and strategic decisions.</li><li>Adapt strategies when account performance, business conditions, or priorities change.<br><br></li></ul><strong>Must-Have<br><br></strong><strong>Competencies and Qualifications<br><br></strong><ul><li>At least three years of hands-on Amazon PPC management experience.</li><li>Experience independently managing multiple Amazon advertising accounts.</li><li>Demonstrated ability to develop and execute PPC strategies based on clearly defined growth and profitability goals.</li><li>Ability to diagnose performance problems, identify root causes, and recommend appropriate actions or strategies.</li><li>Ability to clearly explain the reasoning behind PPC strategies and optimization decisions.</li><li>Strong knowledge of Sponsored Products, Sponsored Brands, Sponsored Brands Video, and Sponsored Display.</li><li>Strong understanding of campaign structures, match types, bidding, placements, budget management, keyword targeting, and product targeting.</li><li>Strong analytical skills and proficiency with Microsoft Office and/or Google Workspace, particularly Excel or Google Sheets.</li><li>Strong written and spoken English communication skills.</li><li>Ability to learn new brands, products, tools, and workflows quickly.</li><li>Comfortable working in a dynamic environment with multiple accounts and evolving priorities.</li><li>Organized, dependable, receptive to feedback, and proactive about communicating risks, blockers, and opportunities to improve team processes.</li><li>Experience managing established consumer brands with meaningful advertising spend.</li><li>Familiarity with Helium 10, SmartScout, My Real Profit, Atom11, or similar platforms.</li><li>Amazon DSP experience is a strong advantage, with advanced proficiency preferred but not required.</li><li>Experience working remotely with US-based brands or cross-functional teams.<br><br></li></ul><strong>Why Join the Client<br><br></strong><ul><li>This role offers meaningful ownership of established Amazon accounts and the opportunity to work on a variety of advertising challenges.</li><li>You’ll have clear business goals to work from, access to experienced advertising and brand leadership, and room to expand your strategic capabilities as you take on increasingly complex accounts.<br><br></li></ul><strong>Application Process<br><br></strong>We understand that searching for a new job can be challenging, and we’re here to support you every step of the way.
