We're a startup on the rise, aiming to redefine success on Amazon for our clients. Join a dynamic team that values expertise, collaboration, and growth.

We are looking for a results-driven and analytical Amazon PPC Specialist to join our team. In this fully remote, day-shift role, you will take ownership of Amazon advertising campaigns across multiple client accounts — creating, optimising, and reporting on campaigns to deliver measurable performance outcomes. You'll work closely with Brand Managers and internal specialists to align paid media strategy with broader brand goals, while continuously refining your approach through data, testing, and automation. This role begins as a contract engagement with a clear and strong pathway to full-time employment.

  • Monitor campaign performance (ACoS, TACOS, ROAS, CTR, CVR) and make timely bid and budget adjustments
  • Track campaign spend and ensure alignment with client budgets
  • Recommend and implement strategies (keyword optimisation, negative keywords, placement modifiers, contextual targeting, dayparting)
  • Manage multiple client accounts while maintaining high-quality execution
  • Support Brand Managers by preparing performance reports and contributing to client plans
  • Set up, monitor, and report on A/B tests and campaign experiments with clear recommendations
  • Conduct keyword research and refine targeting to improve efficiency and control spend
  • Improve workflows by automating reporting and using tools to increase efficiency
  • Stay updated on Amazon and retail media trends and share learnings with the team
  • Communicate clearly and collaborate with the team to deliver consistent results

  • Ability to manage multiple accounts and meet performance targets
  • Working knowledge of Google Sheets or Excel for reporting
  • Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to work independently
  • Clear and professional communication skills

Preferred (Fast-Tracked)

  • Experience with DSP, Retail Media, or TikTok Shop Ads
  • Experience with other retail media or paid media platforms
  • Familiarity with PPC tools (e.g. Perpetua, Pacvue, Scale Insights)

Work Schedule:

Benefits:

  • Comprehensive remote work flexibility.
  • Professional development opportunities within a leading Amazon management agency.
