Amazon Support & PPC Specialist

About the Role

We are a fast-growing snack brand creating inclusive, better-for-you products made without the top nine allergens. We're looking for an experienced Amazon Support & PPC Specialist to help manage and grow our Amazon business while supporting advertising across other key retail platforms.

This role primarily focuses on the day-to-day management and optimization of Amazon — including PPC advertising, marketplace operations, troubleshooting, and performance analysis. We're looking for someone who has previously managed Amazon accounts for CPG, food, beverage, or consumer brands and can work independently to identify opportunities, solve problems, and improve performance.

Work Structure & Requirements

  • Location: Remote / Virtual
  • Schedule: Part-time (20 hours per week)
  • Time Zone: EST business hours
  • Compensation: $10 USD per hour

Key Responsibilities

1. Amazon Management & PPC
  • Manage and optimize Amazon PPC campaigns across Sponsored Products, Sponsored Brands, and other relevant ad formats
  • Monitor bids, budgets, keywords, targeting, and campaign performance
  • Identify opportunities to improve ROAS, ACOS, sales, and overall advertising efficiency
  • Launch new campaigns and continually test targeting, keywords, and campaign structures
  • Analyze Amazon sales and advertising data to identify trends and opportunities
  • Provide clear reporting on Amazon performance and recommended next steps
  • Monitor account health and proactively flag potential issues
  • Support inventory and logistics coordination to help maintain product availability
  • Raise and manage Amazon Seller Support cases/tickets, following issues through to resolution
  • Troubleshoot listing, inventory, fulfillment, and account-related issues
  • Review existing product listings and provide recommendations around content, imagery, titles, bullet points, and overall conversion
  • Monitor competitor activity and category trends
2. Retail Media Support
  • Support Instacart advertising including campaign setup, bidding, optimization, and performance monitoring
  • Support advertising associated with Whole Foods Market
  • Apply Amazon PPC learnings and best practices across other retail media platforms
  • Monitor spend and performance across channels and identify areas for optimization
  • Help create simple reporting that gives the team a clear view of advertising performance across platforms
Required Skills & Experience
  • Experience: 3+ years of hands-on Amazon marketplace and Amazon PPC experience; demonstrated experience managing Amazon accounts for CPG, food, beverage, snack, or e-commerce brands
  • Performance: Able to provide examples or case studies demonstrating measurable improvements in sales, ACOS, ROAS, or other key Amazon metrics
  • Amazon: Strong understanding of Amazon Seller Central and Amazon Ads; experience managing and resolving Amazon Seller Support cases; strong understanding of Amazon inventory, fulfillment, and marketplace operations
  • Analytics: Comfortable analyzing data and turning it into clear recommendations; experience using third-party Amazon analytics or PPC management tools
  • Communication: Excellent written and spoken English
  • Profile: Highly organized, proactive, detail-oriented, and able to manage tasks without constant supervision
  • Bonus: Experience with Instacart Ads, Whole Foods advertising, Meta Ads, AI tools, Slack, and Google Workspace
