Amazon & Walmart eCommerce Specialist Night Shift | Onsite (Antipolo & Ortigas) Salary: Up to PHP 45,000 Full-Time | Probationary Employment We are looking for a detail-driven and highly reliable Amazon & Walmart eCommerce Specialist to join our growing eCommerce Operations team. If you have hands-on experience managing marketplace account health across Amazon and Walmart, this is an opportunity to work with fast-growing US eCommerce brands in a structured, high-impact operations environment. This role is ideal for professionals who thrive in process-driven work, have strong marketplace knowledge, and can identify critical risks before they become major issues. What You’ll Do • Perform daily account health checks across: - Amazon Seller Central - Amazon Vendor Central - Walmart Seller Center - Target Plus - TikTok Shop • Monitor accounts for: - Warnings - Policy violations - Listing issues - Suspensions or deactivations - Performance risk • Create complete and accurate escalation tickets in ClickUp • Attach screenshots and supporting documentation for all identified issues • Escalate urgent risks immediately through internal channels • Coordinate with Operations and Brand teams through Slack and ClickUp • Maintain consistency and accuracy in account monitoring and reporting What We’re Looking For Required: • Proven experience with Amazon Seller Central or Vendor Central • Proven experience with Walmart Seller Center • Strong understanding of marketplace account health and policy enforcement • Excellent attention to detail and ability to follow structured workflows • Experience using ticketing or task management tools such as ClickUp, Airtable, Jira, or similar platforms • Strong written English communication skills • Ability to work onsite on a night shift schedule Preferred: • Experience with Target Plus or TikTok Shop • Experience supporting US-based eCommerce brands or agencies
