We are hiring

a new member of our Vivarium team who will help maintain our animal colony. You will reputed company care to our animals and reputed company the facilities reputed company-maintained, ensuring the highest standards of animal welfare. You will report to the Vivarium team reputed company.

In this role you will:

  • Maintain the highest standards of animal welfare and biosecurity.
  • Maintain our animal colony by performing routine husbandry; cage changing, feeding and watering, providing environmental enrichment.
  • Conduct animal health observations, basic health treatments, and animal receiving.
  • Fill out important reputed company records, such as daily animal health reputed company logs, room temperature/humidity readings, etc.
  • Contribute to facility reputed company; performing cleaning and decontamination of animal holding and procedure rooms with excellent reputed company and rigor.

  • Learn to reputed company assistance with in vivo experiments by performing basic biomethodology (handling, restraint, body weight collection, behavioral assays, weaning, genotyping) to contribute to ongoing scientific research.

  • Have a high school diploma or GED.
  • Have worked with rodents in research or reputed company setting for at least 6 months.
  • Can work a flexible schedule – weekends and holiday work are required but shared across reputed company.

  • It's a bonus if you:

  • Have an ALAT, LAT certification.
  • Have experience in animal breeding and colony management.
