This role encompasses two primary profiles: - Business Analyst: Focuses on business processes, stakeholder engagement, and translating business needs into actionable requirements. Works closely with program managers, solution architects, and business owners to optimize workflows and enable effective decision-making. - IT Analyst: Concentrates on technical solution design, integration, and system optimization. Collaborates primarily with tech leads, digital delivery teams, and IT support groups to ensure robust, scalable, and secure technology implementations. Both profiles share core responsibilities such as requirements gathering, documentation, testing support, and facilitating adoption, but differ in their depth of technical versus business expertise and stakeholder interaction patterns. Provides technical support and troubleshooting for internally developed software applications and vendor software products. This includes diagnosing and resolving system issues, assisting users with application functionality, and collaborating with other engineering teams to maintain system stability and performance. The role serves as a key contact for resolving application-related incidents and ensuring continuity of business operations. What We’re Looking For Technical Skills Strong experience working with: - .NET / C# applications - REST APIs and integration patterns - CI/CD pipelines and automation Testing & Quality Engineering - Define and implement end-to-end testing strategy covering unit, functional, and regression testing - Design and execute functional and end-to-end test scenarios aligned with business workflows - Build and maintain regression test suites; prioritize critical scenarios to ensure system stability post-change - Drive test automation and integrate testing into CI/CD pipelines - Ensure comprehensive validation and quality gates prior to release and UAT handover - Manage Business → UAT Testing, Validation, and Sign-off Soft Skills - Strong communication across technical and business stakeholders - Ability to work across distributed teams - Problem-solving and analytical thinking - Collaboration and stakeholder alignment Work Setup Shift: Day Shift Must be amenable for 1 year Project Based Contract, subject to extension/absorption We’re a global provider of IT and business process services, helping industries like telecommunications, healthcare, retail, banking, e-commerce, travel, and logistics.
