About The Opportunity

TrueGrowth AI is building a network of top-performing virtual assistant professionals to serve our growing customer base of staffing agencies, BPOs, and high-growth companies across the US. We're hiring for multiple roles including:
  • Appointment Setters (cold outreach, B2B sales)
  • Virtual Assistants (administrative support, calendar management)
  • Customer Service Representatives (inbound support, client communication)
  • Sales Development Representatives (outbound prospecting)
  • Operations Coordinators (project management, workflow support)
You'll be matched with one of our customer companies based on your skills and their needs. Many positions offer long-term placements, performance bonuses, and growth opportunities.

What We're Looking For

Required:
  • Excellent written and spoken English
  • Reliable internet connection (minimum 25 Mbps)
  • Quiet, professional work environment
  • Computer with webcam and microphone
  • Ability to work US business hours (or align with client time zones)
  • Strong communication skills
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently
Preferred:
  • Previous experience in any of: sales, customer service, virtual assistance, recruiting, or client-facing roles
  • Familiarity with CRM tools (HubSpot, Salesforce, Pipedrive, etc.)
  • Experience with cold outreach (email, LinkedIn, phone)
  • Bilingual capability (Spanish, Tagalog, Portuguese, French — a plus)

What You'll Do

Depending on your match, you may:
  • Make outbound calls to schedule appointments for B2B clients
  • Manage email and calendar workflows for executives
  • Handle inbound customer inquiries and resolve issues
  • Conduct cold outreach via email and LinkedIn
  • Support recruiting and candidate communication
  • Manage CRM data and pipeline tracking
