AR and Collections Analyst

Oversee and manage the accounts receivable and collections processes for Netflix, ensuring accuracy and timeliness of payments from clients Monitor and analyze accounts receivable data to identify potential issues and propose solutions for improvement Communicate with clients to resolve any outstanding payment issues and maintain positive relationships Work closely with cross-functional teams, including Sales and Legal, to ensure proper billing and payment procedures are followed Prepare and review financial reports and statements related to accounts receivable and collections Develop and implement strategies to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of the AR and collections process Stay up-to-date with industry trends and regulations related to accounts receivable and collections Provide support and guidance to junior team members, as needed Collaborate with other departments to ensure accurate and timely recording of revenue and payments Participate in monthly and quarterly financial reviews and planning meetings Assist with ad hoc projects and initiatives as assigned by management.</p><p>Netflix is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
