Assistant Manager, Brand &amp Content Marketing - Sports (PH), IM SEA

## About This Role Wherever you are in the amazing world of Disney, you're contributing to the stories of our iconic brands, recognized by audiences everywhere for entertainment, information and inspiration. This position is based in our Philippine office and represents a key opportunity to shape sports marketing strategy across the Southeast Asia region. You'll serve as the strategic orchestrator of sports campaigns for Disney+ content, responsible for maximizing consumer impact, operational excellence, and stakeholder alignment. Working with internal teams, you'll ensure the execution of insight-driven Disney+ campaigns while providing guidance and recommendations for sports content marketing efforts. You'll report directly to the Senior Manager for Disney+ Brand and Content Marketing. ## What You'll Do Provide expertise and strategic direction for the timely execution of marketing sports content on Disney+, ensuring consumer resonance and business impact. You'll guide the execution of full campaign lifecycles for title campaigns, from positioning and messaging through tactical execution, performance monitoring, and post-release evaluation. Drive, manage, and monitor innovative marketing initiatives that integrate traditional media outreach with digital media, influencer and content creator partnerships, and active engagement with fan communities to maximize reach and impact. This includes collaborating with key opinion leaders and influencers to expand campaign visibility. Monitor budget efficiency and resource allocation across multiple titles, ensuring measurable ROI and disciplined financial management. Work across Integrated Marketing and cross-functional teams to maximize synergy and impact for Disney+ titles, collaborating day-to-day with agencies to optimize efficiency, creativity, and measurable impact across campaigns. Champion the Disney Difference and Disney's values, ensuring all campaigns and team practices reflect the highest standards of creativity, integrity, and inclusivity. ## What We're Looking For You'll have a bachelor's degree in marketing, business administration, public relations, or similar field. At least five years of solid experience in sports marketing is essential. Experience in entertainment and content would be an advantage. You're an expert in project planning with proven skills in project management and marketing cadence, especially ensuring timely planning, monitoring and execution of campaigns. You've demonstrated the ability to work across matrixed organizations while also self-motivating and thriving in extremely fast-paced environments. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills are critical. You have a diplomatic mindset with proven teamwork abilities in matrixed organizations and the ability to collaborate with others to solve problems and approach challenges with a solution-oriented mindset. You effectively manage multiple demands and priorities for yourself and others, quickly adapting to new technologies and thriving in high-pressure situations.
