We're looking for an Assistant Teacher who is kind, dependable, eager to learn, and ready to be an active part of the classroom every day. If you're someone who enjoys working with children and wants to grow into a Lead Teacher someday, this could be the perfect place to start.

What You'll Do

  • Support the Lead Teacher during lessons and classroom activities.
  • Help prepare learning materials and classroom centers.
  • Guide children during play, routines, and transitions.
  • Encourage positive behavior and social-emotional growth.
  • Assist with classroom organization and daily routines.
  • Help create a warm, engaging, and safe learning environment.
  • Learn our teaching approach through coaching and mentorship.
