The

Assistant Vice President – Human Resources

is responsible for leading the organization's learning, leadership development, talent management, and organizational capability strategies. This role partners with business leaders to build a high-performing workforce by designing and implementing learning initiatives that develop leadership capabilities, strengthen employee engagement, and support business transformation.

The AVP serves as a strategic HR partner, ensuring that learning and talent initiatives align with the company's business objectives, culture, and long-term growth plans.

Key Responsibilities Learning & Development Strategy Develop and execute the company's enterprise-wide Learning and Development strategy aligned with business priorities. Establish competency frameworks, learning pathways, and capability-building programs across all functions. Lead the design, implementation, and continuous improvement of leadership development programs.

Leadership & Talent Development Drive succession planning and talent review processes for critical roles. Identify high-potential employees and develop structured development plans. Design executive coaching, mentoring, and leadership acceleration programs. Partner with business leaders to strengthen leadership capability across the organization.

Organizational Development Lead organizational development initiatives that enhance performance, collaboration, and employee effectiveness. Support organizational transformation, change management, and culture-building initiatives. Facilitate organizational design and workforce capability planning as business needs evolve.

HR Business Partnership Partner closely with business leaders to identify capability gaps and recommend strategic learning solutions. Support workforce planning and organizational capability initiatives. Provide strategic HR advice on talent development and organizational effectiveness.

Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, Organizational Development, or a related field. Master's degree or postgraduate qualification is an advantage. At least 10 years of progressive Human Resources experience, with significant leadership responsibility in Learning & Development and Organizational Development. Experience leading enterprise-wide leadership development and talent management initiatives. Strong knowledge of competency-based development, succession planning, performance management, and organizational development. Experience supporting business transformation and change management initiatives.
