Ariro Toys is a Montessori-inspired children's brand ā€” wooden toys, furniture, and developmental aids for ages 0ā€“3, handcrafted by 125+ artisans across India and shipped to families worldwide.

We're looking for someone to work directly with our Google Ads Marketing Head ā€” learning performance marketing hands-on, on a real account with real budgets, from day one.

What you'll do

  • Assist our Google Ads Marketing Head in running campaigns ā€” Performance Max, Shopping, Search
  • Learn campaign setup, keyword research, audience building, and ad copywriting
  • Help monitor daily performance and pull reports
  • Support product feed and Merchant Center upkeep
  • Gradually take ownership of small campaigns as you grow

What we're looking for

  • Genuine interest in digital marketing ā€” no prior work experience required
  • Comfort with numbers and spreadsheets
  • A learning mindset ā€” you Google things, watch tutorials, and figure stuff out
  • Bonus (not required): Google Ads certification, a college project, or even ads you ran for fun
