About the Role The Audio Producer is responsible for defining and overseeing the audio direction of DigiPlus’ Philippines‑localized slot games. This role focuses on strategic audio leadership rather than full end‑to‑end asset production, ensuring that audio enhances player engagement while maintaining production efficiency and strong ROI.

Working closely with the Product team and external audio studios, the Audio Producer will determine where original music composition is required (e.g., main themes and bonus features) and where existing or transferable sound effects can be reused or adapted. The role ensures all audio assets are culturally aligned, performance‑driven, and meet DigiPlus’ quality standards.

  • Translate game themes, target player profiles, and commercial objectives into clear audio briefs.
Music Composition & Feature Support
  • Compose or oversee the creation of key musical assets, primarily:

External Studio Coordination
  • Work with external audio studios and vendors to:
  • Review and evaluate submitted audio assets
  • Provide clear, actionable creative and technical feedback
  • Guide revisions to ensure alignment with the intended audio direction
  • Act as the audio quality gatekeeper prior to implementation.
Localization & Cultural Alignment
  • Ensure all audio assets reflect Filipino cultural sensibilities, emotional cues, and player preferences.
  • Support PH‑themed and localized slot content, including culturally inspired or licensed titles.
  • Avoid generic audio treatments and reinforce a sense of local pride and ownership.
Performance & Optimization
  • Partner with Product and Analytics teams to assess audio impact on:
  • Session length
  • Feature engagement
  • Player retention
  • Refine audio direction and assets based on performance data and player feedback.
