Al Masaood Automobiles Company LLC is seeking a skilled Auto Technician to perform vehicle maintenance, inspections, and repairs while ensuring that all work meets established technical and quality standards. The successful candidate should have automotive servicing training, relevant work experience, and the ability to diagnose vehicle concerns and communicate repair recommendations clearly to customers.
AUTO TECHNICIAN
Qualifications:
High School Graduate or ALS Certified.
Must have TESDA NC II Certificate in Automotive Servicing.
At least 2 years of related automotive experience.
Strong knowledge of automotive mechanics and vehicle maintenance.
Ability to perform basic troubleshooting, servicing, and mechanical repairs.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a workshop team.
Good understanding of automotive repair specifications and procedures.
Good customer service and communication skills.
Ability to explain vehicle problems and repair solutions clearly to clients.
Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
Safety-conscious and responsible in handling tools and automotive equipment.
Willingness to work in a fast-paced automotive service environment.
Responsibilities:
Perform routine and preventive maintenance on vehicles.
Inspect vehicles to identify mechanical problems, worn components, and maintenance requirements.
Diagnose basic automotive faults and determine appropriate repair procedures.
Replace worn, damaged, or defective automotive parts.
Perform mechanical repairs according to manufacturer specifications and approved repair procedures.
Check vehicle systems and components after completing repairs.
Ensure vehicles are safe and properly maintained before release to customers.
Use automotive tools and equipment safely and correctly.
Follow technical repair specifications, workshop procedures, and quality standards.
Maintain accurate records of maintenance and repair activities.
Explain identified vehicle problems, required repairs, and recommended solutions clearly to clients.
Coordinate with service advisors, technicians, and other workshop personnel.
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
Follow company health, safety, and environmental requirements.
Perform other automotive maintenance and repair duties as assigned.
