B2B Cold Calling & Appointment Setter – IT, Data Analytics & Market Research Services

We are looking for an experienced B2B Cold Caller / Appointment Setter from the Philippines with a strong and proven track record of calling international prospects, reaching decision-makers, qualifying opportunities, and booking meetings for technology and professional services.

This is not an entry-level role. We need someone confident on calls, strong in objection handling, and experienced in consultative B2B selling.

Your Role

Your primary responsibility will be to call qualified B2B leads and generate sales meetings/opportunities for our team.

You will:

Cold call prospective companies and decision-makers

Introduce our services based on the prospect's business needs

Understand current challenges, requirements, and outsourcing needs

Identify opportunities related to technology, analytics, research, automation, or dedicated resources

Speak with senior stakeholders such as Founders, CEOs, CTOs, CIOs, Heads of IT, Data/Analytics Leaders, Research Directors, and Operations Leaders

Handle objections professionally

Qualify interested prospects

Book meetings with our senior management/business development team

Follow up with prospects when required

Maintain accurate call notes and lead status

What We Are Looking For

You should have:

Strong previous experience in B2B cold calling

Proven track record of booking qualified sales meetings

Experience selling IT services, software development, SaaS, analytics, outsourcing, market research, consulting, or other professional services

Experience calling prospects in the US, UK, Europe, Australia, or Middle East

Excellent spoken English

Strong objection-handling and communication skills

Ability to speak naturally instead of simply reading a script

Ability to customize the pitch according to each prospect

Experience speaking directly with senior decision-makers

Strong lead qualification and follow-up skills
