Your role

We are looking to hire a part-time, remote, experienced B2B Digital Marketing Executive to help position Assaia as the leading provider and thought leader of optimized turnarounds. In this position, you will be involved in creating thought leadership content, LinkedIn campaigns, customer advocacy and sales enablement materials.

You will be a self-starter, capable of managing your time and projects with strong knowledge and proven experience of creating engaging B2B content and excellent communication skills alongside experience in the technology or aviation industry.

You will join a small marketing team, working closely with the marketing director in a remote capacity helping tell the story of how Assaia is helping airlines and airports improve their on-time performance, become more efficient, sustainable, and safe. We work with airports and airlines around the world and love to collaborate with them to share how we help them delight their passengers. Being a small team, with agency support, we get to work on a diverse range of projects and will need to jump in where needed with an agile mindset.

The wider Assaia team is spread across the globe and is largely made up of a fun bunch of aviation-mad techies and professionals. Some travel will be required on an ad hoc basis.

Responsibilities

Day to day:

As a young and quickly growing tech company in a fast-moving industry, we all work together to achieve great things in the shortest time possible. This also means that sometimes one will work on some interesting and challenging ad-hoc tasks that might be outside of their core activities. In general, however, we expect the following day-to-day responsibilities:

  • Content planning and editorial calendar management
  • Blog & thought leadership content creation
  • Linkedin content creation (copy, image and video)
  • LinkedIn paid campaign execution
  • Website updates and content creation
  • Sales materials updates and content creation
  • Product Description and images across media
  • Competitor research & analysis
  • Market research
  • YouTube admin

Ad hoc:

  • Event support
  • Event logistics

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, or related field.
  • Proven work experience in aviation or SAAS.
  • Knowledge of B2B marketing techniques and strategies
  • Strong written and spoken English
  • High-level communication and networking skills.
  • 5+ years of content creation and editorial experience
  • Good project management skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills.
  • Self-motivated and self-starter
  • Ability to work well under pressure.
  • Marketing reporting tools

Additional information

Structure Part-time, fully remote, working 20 hours per week with availability required for meetings in various time zones (not in the middle of the night ;) )
