We believe in a reliable hourly floor combined with aggressive, uncapped commission upside. We want to pay you as much as possible, based on your skill and performance

• Guaranteed Base Pay: $5.00/hr ($300/mo guaranteed base floor)

• Show-Up Commissions: $20.00 to $25.00 per verified show-up

Earnings Breakdown:

• Tier 1 (Baseline Quota - 1–2 booked/day): $800 – $1,100 / month

• Tier 2 (On-Target - 2–3 booked/day): $1,500 – $2,200 / month

• Tier 3 (High Achiever - 4+ booked/day): $2,500+ / month (Uncapped)
