The Role: Back Office Support

We are looking to hire fresh, enthusiastic members to join our operations support team. As back-office staff, you'll be assisting with operational support and administrative tasks. This includes dialer support, data entry and management, and other similar duties.You should be able to maintain focus for a prolonged period of time, take in and react to multiple things happening onscreen, and respond quickly to unexpected situations or sudden requests.

Working quickly and efficiently to provide reliable support for management and operations is what this role is all about.

Back Office Support Responsibilities:

  • Supporting call center operations behind the scenes.
  • Assisting the Dialer team with launching calls.
  • Processing reports and projections.
  • Data entry and verification
Back Office Executive Requirements:
  • High school graduate or college level.
  • Good written and verbal English communication skills.
  • Experience with MS Windows and Office.
  • Advanced knowledge in Excel is a plus.
  • Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.
  • Able to work as part of a team or independently as required.
  • No previous work experience necessary, but is a plus.
  • Willing and able to work on a shifting schedule (primarily graveyard).
  • Please note that this role is work from home so the following are non-negotiable:
  • A quiet and isolated room to work from.
  • Strong and stable home internet with back up connectivity.
