Back Office Virtual Assistant - 100% Work From Home (for Pooling)

Join our team as a Back-Office Virtual Assistant! We are VirtuallyinCredible, a company committed to living and loving life. We started out with just 1 Virtual Assistant, and now we have over a thousand virtual assistants collectively working at home with us. As a Back-Office Virtual Assistant, your role contributes to the success of the business by efficiently handling administrative tasks, data management, and support functions to enhance the overall client experience. Responsibilities:

Manage client communications through email and other non-voice channels

Perform administrative tasks such as A/R, A/P, work order processing, notices, compliances, lease renewals, document preparation, and email management

Marketing and social media management

Comply with client-specific Standard Operating Procedures in doing day-to-day tasks

Proactively keep yourself updated with changes in Standard Operating Procedures and guidelines

Comply with VirtuallyinCredible’s set of guidelines in the fulfillment of daily tasks

Effectively represent VirtuallyinCredible’s core values to anyone within or outside of the company

Provide data and information to the leadership team as required

Perform additional/other services that may be required from time to time, which may or may not be related to the primary obligations stated above Requirements Qualifications:

Willing to undergo background checking

Fluent in written English

Quiet home office work environment

Willing to work on the graveyard shift

Fast and reliable internet connection of at least 10MBPS with internet backup available

Dependable electricity with power backup available

Computer RAM: 8 GB to 16 GB or higher

Computer Processor: Intel Core i5 8th generation or higher, AMD Ryzen 5 or higher, or an equivalent processor
