About the role

Timeless Jewels is seeking a part-time Basic Website Management and Data Entry specialist to join our team based in Pampanga, Central Luzon, Philippines. This role is pivotal in maintaining the accuracy and organisation of our online presence and internal data systems. You will be responsible for ensuring our website content remains current, accurate and engaging, whilst managing data entry tasks that support our operational efficiency.

This is a part-time position offering flexibility for the right candidate.

What you'll be doing

  1. Updating and maintaining website content, including product information, descriptions and pricing to ensure accuracy and currency
  2. Performing data entry tasks accurately and efficiently, inputting information into company systems and databases
  3. Managing and organising digital files and documentation in accordance with company standards
  4. Monitoring website functionality and reporting any technical issues or required updates
  5. Assisting with basic website maintenance tasks, including uploading images and managing simple website elements
  6. Reviewing data for completeness and accuracy before entry into systems
  7. Maintaining confidentiality and security of sensitive company and customer information
  8. Supporting the wider team with administrative tasks as required
What we're looking for
  1. Proven experience in data entry or word processing within an administrative or office support environment
  2. Basic technical proficiency with website management systems or content management platforms
  3. Excellent attention to detail with the ability to identify and correct errors
  4. Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently
  5. Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel) and experience with data management systems
  6. Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a part-time capacity
  7. Clear communication skills and a proactive approach to problem-solving
  8. Familiarity with e-commerce or jewellery retail environments is desirable but not essential
