Bookkeeper Needed — Must Be Willing to Learn BOB - Contract to Hire

I’m looking for an experienced bookkeeper to assist with the financial operations of several client businesses.

You’ll be responsible for helping with day-to-day bookkeeping and finance tasks across multiple businesses, with BOB playing a major role in the workflow.

If you already know BOB, that’s a plus.

If you’ve never used BOB before, that’s completely fine. We’ll train you on the platform and show you how to use it effectively.

Ideal Candidate

Experienced with bookkeeping and financial operations

Highly organized and detail-oriented

Comfortable managing multiple businesses/clients

Quick learner who is open to using AI tools

Reliable and able to work independently

Familiarity with QuickBooks is a plus

Willing to become proficient in BOB

BOB is an AI CFO that can actually move money and handle a significant amount of the repetitive work involved in managing business finances. You’ll be trained on how to incorporate it into your bookkeeping workflow.
