BPO – Part-Time Freelance Video Editor/Content Creator (Remote Setup)

A video is only as good as its edit. The best footage in the world can fall flat without the right cuts, pacing, and story sense—and that's where you come in!

Unity Communications is looking for a Freelance Video Editor/Content Creator to take raw footage and turn it into polished, on-brand videos that actually perform. You'll own the process end to end: editing, titles, thumbnails, schedule, and performance. If you know how to make a video look good and get watched, we'd love to work with you!

How You Spend Your Eight Hours

Edit raw footage into polished videos (cuts, pacing, color, audio, motion graphics/captions as needed)

Write video titles, descriptions, and tags optimized for discovery

Design or source thumbnails

Maintain a consistent posting schedule and content calendar

Monitor channel performance (views, watch time, engagement) and adjust content approach based on results

Ensure all content aligns with brand voice and guidelines

Coordinate with the marketing team on content themes and campaign tie-ins

What You Must Possess

Proven experience editing video for YouTube or similar platforms (portfolio required)

Proficiency in editing software such as Premiere Pro, Final Cut, or similar

Working knowledge of YouTube SEO and analytics

Strong sense of pacing, storytelling, and visual branding

Ability to work independently and meet deadlines with minimal oversight

Experience with motion graphics, animation, or short-form content (Shorts, Reels, TikTok) is a plus
