With a strong international presence and a network of distributors, subsidiaries, and partners across multiple markets, our client serves customers worldwide through a variety of sales and distribution channels.<br><br><strong>About The Role<br><br></strong>Our client is looking for a Brand Protection & Marketplace Compliance Analyst to monitor online marketplaces and digital channels across North America and Europe. The role focuses on identifying unauthorized sellers, marketplace and distribution violations, misuse of brand assets, and other compliance issues.<br><br>You will conduct online research, analyze seller and product data, maintain accurate records, and prepare reports that provide actionable insights to the business.<br><br><strong>Responsibilities<br><br></strong><ul><li>Monitor Amazon, eBay, Walmart, BestBuy, Home Depot, AliExpress, Temu, and other major marketplaces.</li><li>Research products and identify new or unauthorized sellers.</li><li>Classify sellers and verify their authorization status.</li><li>Identify MAP, distribution, territory, and marketplace compliance issues.</li><li>Monitor unauthorized use of logos, images, trademarks, and product content.</li><li>Collect evidence such as URLs, screenshots, seller information, and product details.</li><li>Maintain accurate seller databases and internal records.</li><li>Prepare daily reports and monthly Voice of Consumer reports.</li><li>Build and maintain dashboards tracking brand-protection metrics.</li><li>Identify opportunities to improve research and reporting processes.<br><br></li></ul><strong>Competencies And Qualifications<br><br></strong><strong>Must-Have<br><br></strong><ul><li>3+ years of experience in data analysis, online research, e-commerce, compliance, or a related field.</li><li>Strong Excel skills, including pivot tables.</li><li>Strong research, analytical, and problem-solving skills.</li><li>Excellent attention to detail and data accuracy.</li><li>Strong written English and reporting skills.</li><li>Ability to work independently and follow SOPs.</li><li>Familiarity with Amazon and other e-commerce marketplaces.<br><br></li></ul><strong>Nice-to-Have<br><br></strong><ul><li>Brand protection or marketplace compliance experience.</li><li>Experience with PROWL, Helium 10, Salesforce, or similar tools.</li><li>Knowledge of MAP, distribution, or channel compliance.</li><li>Experience with dashboards and reporting.</li><li>Experience using AI research and translation tools.<br><br></li></ul><strong>Key Qualities<br><br></strong><ul><li>Detail-oriented</li><li>Analytical</li><li>Investigative</li><li>Highly organized<br><br></li></ul><strong>What We Offer<br><br></strong><ul><li>100% Remote Work – Work from anywhere in the Philippines.</li><li>Career Growth Opportunities – Gain hands-on experience, and continuous learning.</li><li>Collaborative & Innovative Team – Work alongside skilled professionals who value excellence.<br><br></li></ul><strong>Application Process<br><br></strong>We understand that searching for a new job can be challenging, and we’re here to support you every step of the way.
