About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive consultant to provide direct support to one of the client's practice leaders. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a dynamic environment, excels at building processes from the ground up, and is comfortable wearing multiple hats across process improvement, template creation, and general operational support.

The position is not customer-facing and focuses solely on internal support. It may grow into a broader operations role, depending on performance and evolving business needs.

Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate closely with the Practice Leader to build and document internal processes and workflows

  • Develop templates, SOPs, trackers, and internal documentation using Microsoft tools

  • Assist with project coordination, follow-ups, and task tracking to support strategic initiatives

  • Use tools like Microsoft Visio or Lucidchart for process mapping and visualization

  • Prepare internal reports or summaries as needed

  • Maintain confidentiality while working with sensitive company information

  • Identify and implement improvements to streamline operations

  • Support ad hoc administrative and operational tasks

Preferred Qualifications

  • Proven experience in process building, operations, executive assistance, or project coordination

  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook)

  • Familiarity with Visio or Lucidchart for workflow design

  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

  • Comfortable working independently with minimal supervision

  • Prior exposure to or interest in AI tools is a plus and may open the door to expanded responsibilities

Working Hours

  • Must be able to work during U.S. time zones 

Nice to Have

  • Experience in professional services, consulting, or accounting environments

  • Familiarity with workflow automation or AI tools (bonus)
