Business Development Manager (Healthcare)

About the role

We are seeking a highly motivated, proactive, and results-driven Business Development Manager – Healthcare to drive medical professional engagement and tour booking conversions for our exclusive fixed Europe departure packages. In this role, you will lead the top-of-funnel acquisition of medical doctors on our digital portal and guide them through converting into confirmed travel bookings. You will be supported by a newly launched digital platform designed to make candidate registrations, lead nurturing, and booking management fast and seamless.

Key responsibilities

  • Doctor Acquisition and Engagement: Actively reach out to medical doctors, specialists, hospital networks, and medical associations across the Philippines to secure verified sign-ups on our platform.
  • Booking Conversion: Consult with registered doctors regarding our fixed Europe departure itineraries, handle travel package inquiries, and close paid bookings.
  • Revenue and Profitability Management: Achieve net sales and contribution margin targets while upholding margin guidelines and package quality.
  • Relationship Management: Build strong, trust-based relationships with medical practitioners and medical society key decision-makers for group and repeat bookings.
  • Sales Pipeline Management: Keep clean records of leads, sign-up conversions, and payment statuses via CRM.

About you

  • 3–5+ years in high-ticket B2B/B2C sales, pharmaceutical or medical device sales, healthcare relationship management, or travel account management
  • Pre-existing network or experience dealing with medical doctors, hospital heads, or medical societies in the Philippines is highly preferred
  • Proven track record of pipeline management, consultative selling, and closing deals
  • High comfort level working with digital portals, web sign-up flows, and CRM tools
  • Target-driven, self-motivated, with strong communication and business acumen
