About the Role

We are looking for a motivated Junior Business Development Manager to convert qualified leads into new clients and build lasting business relationships. You'll conduct discovery calls, present tailored solutions, close new business, and nurture client accounts across Managed IT, Microsoft 365, connectivity, and telecommunications services. No prior IT industry experience is required. Full product and sales training will be provided, making this an excellent opportunity for someone with strong sales potential looking to grow in the technology industry.

Ideal Candidate (Must-Have Requirements)

  • Solid foundation in B2B sales, business development, account management, or customer-facing roles
  • Confident conducting discovery calls, presenting proposals, and closing sales
  • Strong relationship-building and account management skills
  • Excellent verbal and written English communication skills
  • Comfortable using CRM systems to manage leads, opportunities, and client records
  • Highly organised with strong follow-up and time management skills
  • Proactive, coachable, and eager to learn new products and sales techniques
  • Comfortable working towards sales targets in a structured sales environment
  • Exposure to Managed IT, Microsoft 365, telecommunications, or technology solutions is an advantage but not required
  • Amenable to working onsite in our Cebu Office (IT Park, Cebu City)

Tasks and Responsibilities

  • Follow up and qualify inbound and marketing-generated leads
  • Conduct discovery calls to understand client requirements
  • Prepare and present proposals and quotations
  • Convert qualified opportunities into new clients
  • Build long-term client relationships through regular follow-ups and account management
  • Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities
  • Maintain accurate CRM records and sales activities
  • Prepare weekly sales and pipeline reports
  • Coordinate with onboarding and delivery teams to ensure a smooth client transition
