Business Development Specialist (B2B Sales) – Healthcare Industry

About the Role We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Business Development Specialist to join our growing team. This role is ideal for a sales professional with a strong hunter mentality who thrives on generating new business opportunities, building relationships, and closing deals.

If you have proven experience in B2B sales, lead generation, and business development—particularly within the healthcare sector—we want to hear from you.

Responsibilities:

  • Identify, prospect, and engage potential clients through cold calling, email outreach, LinkedIn, and other lead generation channels
  • Build and maintain a robust sales pipeline using CRM tools
  • Conduct discovery calls, presentations, and product/service demonstrations
  • Develop and execute outbound sales strategies to generate qualified opportunities
  • Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing
  • Build strong relationships with decision-makers and key stakeholders
  • Handle objections professionally and effectively to move prospects through the sales process
  • Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets
  • Maintain accurate records of all sales activities and customer interactions in the CRM
Requirements:
  • Proven success in B2B sales or business development
  • Healthcare industry experience is highly preferred
  • Strong hunter mindset with a track record of creating and winning new business opportunities
