Business Litigation Attorney – Philippines (Remote)

Location: Philippines (100% Remote – Work from Home)
Company: Everest Peak Home Health (Based in Los Angeles, CA)
Job Type: Full-Time / Independent Contractor

Your U.S. Legal Experience Is Our Winning Edge.

At Everest Peak Home Health, we are a growing Los Angeles-based healthcare organization committed to delivering excellence in patient care. Behind every great healthcare company is a sharp, strategic legal team that protects its mission.

We are seeking a business-minded, litigation-savvy attorney based in the Philippines with proven U.S. business litigation experience to join our remote legal team. This is not a local Philippine law role—we need someone who understands the U.S. legal landscape, speaks the language of American business disputes, and can operate confidently in U.S. civil litigation.

What You'll Do

  • Own Litigation Matters: Manage business and commercial litigation cases from case strategy through trial preparation, including breach of contract disputes, partnership disputes, fraud claims, and other business torts .
  • Draft with Precision: Prepare, review, and argue pleadings, motions (including dispositive motions), and other legal documents .
  • Manage Discovery: Conduct and respond to written discovery—interrogatories, requests for production, admissions—and prepare for depositions .
  • Be a Strategic Partner: Advise leadership on litigation strategy, risk assessment, case development, and settlement posture .
  • Coordinate with U.S. Counsel: Collaborate with in-house teams and U.S.-based outside counsel on complex legal matters .
  • Protect the Company: Represent Everest Peak in mediations, arbitrations, and court hearings as needed .

What You Bring to the Table

  • 3–5+ Years of U.S. Business Litigation Experience: You've handled business or commercial litigation in U.S. state or federal courts .
  • Strong Civil Litigation Background: You know the rules of civil procedure, discovery, and motion practice inside and out .
  • Excellent English Communication Skills: Written and verbal—you can draft like a U.S. attorney and communicate complex legal concepts with clarity .
  • Self-Motivated & Independent: Comfortable working remotely with minimal supervision, managing your own caseload, and delivering results on tight deadlines .
  • Tech-Ready: Reliable high-speed internet, a professional home office setup, and proficiency with legal research tools and case management software .
  • Based in the Philippines: This role is open exclusively to candidates currently residing in the Philippines.

What We Offer

  • Competitive Compensation: Salary discussed during interview based on your experience and fit .
  • 100% Remote Freedom: Work from anywhere in the Philippines .
  • Flexible Schedule with U.S. Overlap: Some overlap with U.S. business hours is required for team collaboration .
  • Growth Opportunity: Join a growing U.S. healthcare company with room to expand your role and responsibilities.
  • Supportive Team Culture: Work alongside a collaborative U.S.-based legal and leadership team that values your expertise.

A Note from Our Leadership"We're looking for more than just an attorney—we need a strategic thinker who can navigate U.S. business litigation with confidence and protect what matters most to our organization. If you have the experience and the drive to work independently while delivering U.S.-quality legal work from the Philippines, we want to hear from you."Ready to Make an Impact?
