Position Overview:

We are seeking a Female Business Operation Executive & Admin who is highly organized, detail-oriented, and experienced in handling UAE business setup procedures. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in supporting the operations team, managing administrative tasks, and ensuring compliance with all legal requirements related to company formation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate and manage end-to-end business setup procedures across Mainland, Free Zone, and Offshore jurisdictions.
  • Prepare, review, and submit company formation documents, license applications, visa paperwork, and related documentation.
  • Liaise and follow up with UAE government authorities such as DED, MOHRE, Immigration, and Free Zone entities.
  • Track renewal deadlines, monitor visa statuses, and maintain corporate compliance schedules.
  • Support internal departments and clients with timely administrative and operational updates.
  • Maintain well-organized digital and physical records of all company setup processes and client files.
  • Assist with scheduling appointments, preparing reports, and other executive administrative tasks.
  • Ensure smooth office operations and act as the first point of contact for internal queries.
  • Keep updated on UAE laws and regulatory changes affecting business operations and licensing.

Requirements:

  • Female candidates only (can speak Tagalog)
  • Minimum 1-2 years of UAE experience in business setup operations or related administrative role
  • Knowledge of Mainland, Free Zone, and Offshore company formation procedures
  • Familiarity with UAE government portals and systems (DED, MOHRE, ICA, Free Zone portals)
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication in English
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and document tracking tools
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
  • Professional appearance and customer-service mindset

Salary & Benefits:

  • Salary: From AED 3,000 - AED 4,000 per month (commensurate with experience)
