Thank you for your understanding</u></strong></p><p><br></p><p><br></p><p><strong>Primary Responsibilities:</strong></p><ul><li>Answer/manage calls from new customers interested in pursuing career training at triOS College.</li><li>Procure information from inbound callers in the Customer Contact & Contact Management systems for ongoing customer contact.</li><li>Work with the Admissions team, confirming availability of the Education Consultant.</li><li>Book customers into interviews/meetings/information sessions with the Admissions team.</li><li>Conduct outbound calls and emails to customers to book and confirm appointments at triOS College.</li><li>Maintain general knowledge and understanding of all products and services.</li><li>Maintain and support ongoing relations amongst internal customers, colleagues and co-workers.</li></ul><p><br></p><p><strong>Qualifications:</strong></p><ul><li>Minimum college diploma from a business-related program.</li><li>Minimum 1 year of call center experience preferred.</li><li>Must have a reliable computer and high-speed internet connection.</li><li>Intermediate to advanced knowledge of MS Office, primarily Outlook.</li><li>Demonstrated ability to speak and write in English.</li><li><strong>Must be able to work in Eastern Standard Time (EST) time zone.</strong></li></ul><p><br></p><p><br></p><p><strong>Hours of Work:</strong></p><p>There are three time slots available:</p><ul><li><u>Monday to Friday,</u> 11:00 am - 8:00 pm EST</li></ul><p><br></p><ul><li><u>Tuesday to Friday,</u> 12:00 pm - 9:00 pm EST and <u>Saturday </u>9:00 am - 6:00 pm EST</li></ul><p><br></p><ul><li><u>Monday to Thursday</u>, 12:00 pm - 9:00 pm EST and <u>Sunday </u>10:00 am - 7:00 pm EST</li></ul><p><br></p><p><strong><em><u>Please note the hours are subject to change based on the needs of the business.</u></em></strong></p><p><br></p><p><br></p><p><strong>Work Location:</strong></p><p>Remote - Must have home office set up with reliable computer and internet connection.</p><p><br></p><p><strong>Required Computer Specs:</strong></p><ul><li>Processor - Intel i5, 8th gen, AMD Ryzen 7</li><li>Memory (RAM) - 16GB</li><li>Solid State Drive -250GB</li><li>Operating System- Windows 10 Home and above, no Windows 10s mode</li></ul><p><br></p><p><strong>Start Date:</strong></p><p>The scheduled start for this opportunity is immediate.</p><p><br></p><p><br></p><p><strong>About triOS College:</strong></p><p><strong>Join the Future of Education – Where Passion Meets Purpose</strong></p><p><br></p><p>At triOS and Eastern College, we don't just help students become job-ready graduates – we ignite futures.
