Role Summary The Sales Representative will handle customer interactions focused on promoting products and services, identifying customer needs, and closing sales. You will ensure customers receive the right solutions while achieving sales targets in a fast-paced call center environment.

What You Will Do Handle inbound and/or outbound sales interactions via phone or chat

Promote products and services based on customer needs

Achieve and exceed sales targets and performance goals

Provide accurate product information, pricing, and offers

Assist customers throughout the sales process from inquiry to closing

Maintain excellent customer service during all interactions

Document all sales activities accurately in the system

Follow company guidelines and compliance standards

Qualifications High School or Senior High School graduate (college level or graduate is an advantage)
