  • Handle and resolve customer enquiries via phone and email in a professional and timely manner
  • Ensure first-call resolution whenever possible
  • Follow up with internal departments when required and provide updates to customers
  • Accurately log all interactions into the system
  • Proactively escalate recurring issues or trends to Team Lead / Manager
