Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Caregiver role based in Metro Manila. The Caregiver will assist clients with daily activities such as bathing, grooming, dressing, toileting, and mobility support.

Responsibilities include monitoring and documenting clients’ condition, assisting with medication reminders as directed, and helping with light housekeeping and meal preparation. The role also includes providing companionship, engaging clients in appropriate activities, and supporting their emotional well-being. Caregivers will follow care plans, collaborate with families and healthcare professionals, and maintain a safe, clean, and respectful environment.

Qualifications

  • Demonstrated ability to provide personal care assistance, including help with grooming, bathing, dressing, mobility, and toileting.
  • Experience with basic household support such as meal preparation, light cleaning, organizing, and maintaining a safe environment.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build trust, show empathy, and provide respectful companionship.
  • Ability to follow care plans, observe and report changes in client condition, and cooperate with families and healthcare providers.
  • Physical stamina to assist with lifting, transferring, and extended periods of standing or walking.
  • Previous caregiving, healthcare aide, or related experience is highly preferred; relevant certifications or training in caregiving or nursing assistance are an advantage.
  • Basic first aid and emergency response knowledge is beneficial.
  • Willingness to work full-time on-site in Metro Manila, with flexibility for shifts, weekends, or holidays as needed.
