Qualifications:

Minimum of 2 years of relevant working experience is required.
Must be a Bachelor's/College Degree holder in a related field.
Female applicants are preferred for this role.
First-time overseas applicants with 1–2 years of local caregiving experience in private or government settings are welcome to apply.
Must be a certified TESDA NC II Caregiving holder.
Experience assisting elderly or dependent clients with activities of daily living is preferred.
Knowledge of proper personal care, mobility assistance, medication reminders, and basic caregiving procedures.
Compassionate, patient, responsible, and trustworthy.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Physically fit and capable of assisting clients with mobility and daily activities.

Responsibilities:

Remind clients to take their prescribed medications according to the care plan or instructions.
Assist and accompany clients during medical appointments, outings, and other activities.
Encourage residents to maintain their independence and perform as much of their own personal care as possible.
Assist residents with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting.
Assist residents with transferring, mobility, and getting to and from activities and meals.
Follow individual service plans and provide care according to each resident's specific needs.
Monitor residents' condition and report any changes or concerns to the appropriate supervisor or healthcare professional.
Provide companionship, emotional support, and assistance with daily routines.
Maintain a clean, safe, comfortable, and organized environment for residents.
Follow proper health, safety, hygiene, and infection-control procedures.
Maintain accurate records of care provided and relevant observations.
Perform other caregiving duties as assigned.
