Reporting to the Facilities Manager, you will play a vital role in ensuring our school environment is safe, secure, clean and well-maintained for pupils, staff and visitors.</p><p>The successful candidate will take pride in maintaining high standards across the school site and will be responsible for the day-to-day security, maintenance and presentation of our premises.</p><p>We are looking for someone who:</p><ul><li>Builds strong relationships with pupils, parents, and colleagues</li><li>Is committed to high standards and achieving the best outcomes for all</li><li>Works well as part of a team and contributes positively to school life</li><li>Is reliable and adaptable</li><li>Is self-motivated and willing to take responsibility</li><li>Understands the importance of confidentiality and safeguarding</li><li>Is committed to equality, diversity and inclusion</li></ul><p>The hours for this role are as follows:</p><p>Monday-Thursday - 1pm-5pm</p><p>Friday - 2:30pm-6:30pm</p><p>Flexibility is desirable.
