About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Catalog & Product Listing Specialist to join our client’s growing team. This is a new incremental headcount designed to establish and scale a staffing model that supports catalog operations. The role is critical to ensuring our client’s product catalog remains accurate, visually consistent, and optimized for customer experience.

You will be responsible for managing product creation, handling catalog updates and corrections, performing bulk uploads, and executing basic photo editing in Photoshop. Success in this role means maintaining catalog quality at scale, hitting productivity targets, and supporting smooth catalog workflows across platforms.

Work hours: Start on a mid-shift (overlap with U.S. team), with flexibility to transition to daytime PH hours once training and autonomy are achieved

What you’ll do

Product Creation & Bulk Uploads

  • Accurately create and list products across platforms, ensuring data consistency and integrity

  • Manage bulk uploads to improve catalog efficiency and scalability

Catalog Monitoring & Corrections

  • Monitor catalog for missing images, discrepancies, or data issues

  • Correct catalog errors, with special attention to size scale accuracy and product specifications

  • Ensure all product information aligns with platform and brand standards

Image Editing & Management (Basic Photoshop)

  • Perform basic photo editing tasks (e.g., background removal, cropping, resizing, light cleaning)

  • Batch-edit large volumes of product images to support high-volume listing targets

  • Collaborate with internal teams to maintain visual consistency across the catalog

Product Updates & Channel Ownership

  • Take ownership of ongoing product updates and catalog enhancements

  • Oversee product creation workflows to maintain accuracy, efficiency, and timeliness

  • Support process improvements for scalable catalog management

What Success Looks Like (First 90 Days)

  • Achieving 100+ product items per day quota after training

  • Delivering clean, ready-to-publish product images with minimal re-touching by supervisors

  • Ensuring catalog corrections and updates are accurate and consistent

  • Demonstrating ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with internal teams

Requirements

What You Bring

  • 2-3 years of experience in e-commerce catalog management (experience with platforms like Amazon, eBay, Shopify is highly transferable)

  • Basic Photoshop proficiency (cropping, cleaning, resizing, background removal)

  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data handling

  • Ability to work efficiently with large volumes of product data and images

  • Excellent organizational and time management skills

  • Collaborative mindset with ability to work independently after training

  • Domain knowledge of sneakers, apparel, or retail products is a plus, but not required
